Frequently Asked Questions

A Simple, Transparent Process

As your future apprentice, and someone already familiar with this procedure, I take full responsibility for the visa process once your part is done. Your effort is limited to a few clear steps. Here are the two official paths in detail:

Option 1: Classic Path (§ 36 BeschV)
1. Your Part: Pre-Approval

You submit the "Declaration of Employment" form, the apprenticeship contract, and the vocational school registration to your local Federal Employment Agency. This step is free and takes 2-4 weeks.

2. My Part: Embassy Appointment

Wait Time: 2-4 MONTHS

After your approval, I must wait for an appointment from the German Embassy in Morocco before I can apply at TLScontact.

Option 2: Expedited Path (§ 81a AufenthG)
1. Your Part: Initiate Procedure

With my power of attorney, you initiate the procedure at your local Foreigners' Authority, which becomes your central contact. The fee is €411.

2. My Part: Direct Appointment

Wait Time: Within 3 WEEKS

I receive a guaranteed appointment at TLScontact to apply directly. The final decision is typically made within another 3 weeks.

Your Security and My Responsibility

Zero-Risk Principle: To give you 100% legal security, the apprenticeship contract only becomes valid upon visa issuance. A standard clause ensures this.

Once you send me the pre-approval, I handle the entire remaining process: appointment booking, document preparation, application submission, and all communication.

Since I have already been to Germany, I have a good network for accommodation and social contacts that enable me to find housing quickly and reliably. Therefore, a roof over my head is assured.

I am fundamentally oriented towards IT, but I believe that a basic understanding of nursing and health is important in many aspects of life. When I received the training offer in the nursing field, I saw it as an opportunity. firstly, to get to know the German work environment better, and secondly, to develop social and interpersonal skills that can also help me in IT. This experience has definitely helped me, and I am grateful for it.

Germany offers excellent training opportunities and career prospects, especially in the IT sector. Furthermore, I appreciate the high quality of work and the international atmosphere here.

My German improved significantly during my stay in Germany, allowing me to adapt well to various situations. I have brought my English to a level of native-like proficiency.
